 Careerforce is excited to be a BSCNZ Industry partner from June 2025.  Supporting work-based training across the health & wellbeing and cleaning sectors for over 30 years, Careerforce works with thousands of employers across New Zealand.

Over this time, Careerforce has supported tens of thousands of learners into achieving nationally recognised NZQA qualifications through practical on-job training, that recognises and then builds upon their existing competencies.

Recognising that employers have varying capability and capacity to support their work-based learners, workplaces can choose between ‘Employer led’ or ‘Full-service’ enrolments: 

  • Employer-led enrolments:  the workplace takes an active role in the training and assessment process, with their staff member(s) trained and qualified as assessors.
  • Full-service enrolments: learners are assigned an assessor by Careerforce, who provides full assessment services to the learner for the duration of the training programme.

To help boost skills and ease the burden of training costs upon the cleaning sector, Careerforce is offering to enrol and assess cleaners for half price until 31 July 2025.

Workplaces can enrol their cleaners in a full-service programme now for just $345 (incl. GST) - down from $690 for the Level 2 Cleaning programme, or $425 (incl. GST) - down from $850 for a Level 3 Cleaning programme until 31 July 2025. Read more >

Over 50% off employer-led enrolments across 2025

Careerforce has also reduced enrolment fees for Level 2 and 3 cleaning programmes in 2025 to just $95 (incl. GST) - down from $200-$230. This makes training more accessible for employer-led learners.
