BSCNZ in conjunction with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) have developed a Work Broker Program to assist individuals to find work within the NZ commercial cleaning industry.

The NZ commercial cleaning industry currently employs a workforce of over 30,000 people nationally.  These essential workers clean a variety of locations ensuring that New Zealand is kept clean, hygienic, and safe.  The role is physically demanding but as the cleaning industry operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week, there is great flexibility with shifts allowing individuals to balance work and family commitments. 

If you are;

    • Physically fit
    • Have sufficient literacy skill to read, understand and follow instructions
    • Have transport to get to and from work
    • Have no criminal convictions
    • Over the age of 18
